I have created Search and result field and added into serve order screen ? same field we need to add service request screen and service confirmation screen in webui?

I have created Search and result field by using AET and i have added to Service order search result screen.Now i want to add same search result field into Service confirmation screen and serve request screen ,Could you pelase tel me the procedure,
