Adding new attribute in search Criteria

Hi All,

I need to add new value(Description) field in drop down list of Email search criteria and it should get search result when user searched based on description(new field).

Could you please suggest how to achieve this. Please find the attached screen shot for reference.

The main component for search criteria.

Component: CRMCMP_EMWB

View:CRMCMP_EMWB/EMailWBSQ

Contextnode:EMAILADVSEARCH

The path for this search criteria in crm web ui is:

Role-->CRM Manager-->Managing operation-->Email workbench(Then the below screen shot search criteria will get visible).
