Need your suggestion on the below requirement in CRM 7.0.
User should able to change/display Service requests belonging to his team (his Org unit in the organization structure) ,I was trying to use auth object CRM_ORD_LP (Activity – 02,03 , Tr type – ZXXX and CHECK_LEV – Your Own sales organization) but It doesn’t give any result. But if I maintain CHECK_LEV as *, it display all the service requests. Much appreciated anyone response or advise on this.
