Issue with RAISE DO_NOT_SAVE

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with RAISE DO_NOT_SAVE event in ORDER_SAVE BADI implementation. For some service orders even though this event is raised in BADI the save is successful. This error scenario is only for few service orders when we edit a display mode correct service order and try saving with wrong data. I gone through the standard code and see when ever the issue is reproducible the ET_FAILED_OBJ is not filled in standard code shown below.

We checked the SAP Note 1931099 already. But it seems to be not relevant with our issue.
