What configurations or customization should a CRM consultant perform so that in CRM Web Ui the standard reports are available, I presume these reports are based on Bi and BO, hence what would be the role of a CRM consultant or what inputs does a CRM consultant need to give to the BI BO team for activation of reports in SAP CRM.
