Hi CRM Experts,
I am trying to configure Multilevel Categorization at item level for service products ? In system how can this be achieved , I have created one at header level by assigning a Subject Profile ( containing all code and code group information ) at transaction type , but just adding the same at item level doesn't help . Just for the facts , I have added my transaction type as item category to the catalog categories .
Any help will be highly appreciated .
