I have a requirement to
1. Get the date when the status of the CRM Service Request is changed from Open to Completed..
I have used CRM_ORDER_READ,CRM_ORDER_GETSTATUS
could not find any clue !!
Can any one pls let me know how do i resolve this issue..
Kindly help asap !!
