Custom development of stand alone Web UI screen

Hi All,

I have a requirement to develop a new Genil/BOL object, BSP component and then i have to assign this component to a new business role. can anyone please let us know the step by step approach from scratch to complete the development.

i am new to Web UI and tried to understand the below link but not much clear to me. please suggest
