Hi,
I am working with SAP CRM 7.0. In the worklist of user I need to add some extra columns. But the problem is that these columns are not existing in the available columns while checking the configuration of corresponding view of component GS_WFI in component workbench. The worklist here contains the workitems corressponding to leads assigned to that particular user. The fields that need to be added are related to assigned leads : Product ordered, status of lead and origin of lead. In component workbench the required fields can be find under:
Component:BT108H_LEA
View: detail -> context node: BTAdminH for origin field
View: detail -> context node: BTStatus for status field
View: ItemList -> Context node: BTAdminI for product field
So is there any way by which I can add these fields into the worklist by customizing or enhancement. Please guide.
