Back button doesn't returns any view

Dear experts,

We are implementing a Interaction Center scenario  in SAP CRM 7 EHP3 and we need  to access to the 360º view before to ‘Confirm’ the account. For this, we have create a link account from ‘Identify Account’ view and implement 2 methods(view attachment)

The problem is with standard BACK Button. We are not able to back to the “Identify Account” view again…and the System doesn’t returns anything… what can happens? We have used RAISE EVENT history_triggerbefore navigating there and redefying WD_DESTROY method....but the result is the same..
