Hi Forum,
My requirement is to download CRM Web UI page (Service Request Page) in a MS word or PDF format with proper alignment. Already SAP has provided print functionality which will open the Web UI page in a htm document but it allows to save the htm page in text format which is not giving the page alignment.
Could any one please let me know how to download or print the page in MS word or PDF format without changing the original alignment of the text.
Atleast some hints would be very much helpful.
