I have performed the required configurations for the checklist in the Service Request, the same is reflecting correctly in CRM Web Ui, however what configurations I need to make for the work instructions to come for the particular step.

Attached is the screen shot below where the work instructions are not coming after clicking on the step, please advise what configurations need to be done so that the work instructions appear.
