BUT050 and BUT0ID Extension

Hi Experts,

In one of the client requirement, we need to extend BUPA relationship (BUT050) and identification numbers (BUT0ID).

We have below two components and View for relationship and identifications.

Component                                   -              BP_DATA

View for relationship                     -              BP_DATA/AccountRelationshipsEF

View for Identification                   -              BP_DATA/AccountIDNumbersEF

When we tried to use AET, fields getting created in BUT000 but not in respective tables.

For Extensions of Identification Numbers, there is a reference of one SAP note (807493) in table but when I checked the same I am getting error “Document is not released”.

Now, even if we created the custom fields using append structures, corresponding BAPIs are not getting enhanced. I am using below BAPIs

Relationship      -              BAPI_BUPR_RELATIONSHIP_CREATE

Identification      -              BAPI_IDENTIFICATION_ADD

Creating a custom function module is an option which we have right now, however we are looking for better approach in such a way that corresponding BOL entity also gets enhanced.

BL entity for relationship             -              BuilRelationship

BOL entity for Identification        -              BuilIDNumber

Your input on this will be greatly appreciated.
