Hi All,
I'm facing a strange problem with web ui,
when a complaint is created and then when we try to create a follow up to that complaint normally we will get two pop ups first one to select the follow-up type (like credit memo, debit memo) and after that we will get a pop up which will list the item details of the complaint. But for some roles we are not getting item pop up, i have checked with the enhancements we have not enhanced (BT_followup) component. However when i debugged it, i found out that it is not even triggering the item window.
Please help.
