how to display hyperlink in sap crm text area in Web UI

Hi All,

I need to display hyperlink in  sap crm  text  area in Web UI,

Please find the attached picture in which, you can see the text area I have to show onlilne hyperlink link google when i click this it has to  navigate to  google ..........
