Excel/CSV upload to CRM(SAP) not working

I am trying to upload excel file/CSV file into internal table.

I tried using cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_upload with file type 'DAT' but it is not working... Am getting some junk values.

Then I tried using GUI_UPLOAD individually with file type as 'DAT'/ 'ASC' still it is not working.

Can anyone suggest me how to upload excel or CSV into CRM.
