Hello Experts-
We are using SAP CRM ABAP 7.0 and CRM WebGUI for end users.
There is a peculiar issue where one user while using Service Contract search based upon Business Partner ID, its taking 4 to 5 minutes.
Tested from his PC for a different use id and it was working fine with search results in seconds.
So ruled out that its network or IE settings issue.
We have performance trace also but could not find anything there concrete yet.
Attaching some relevant parts of the trace file.
Please let me know any suggestions to resolve this issue.
