Hi Gurus, how are you?
I am in quite a pickle in downloading information from a SAP Report because the key user set as default dowload parameters the option "Excel in Format MHTLM) and of couse now the system only downloads the information in thay way.
The user in fact needs that when pressing the icon of the excel sheet, the system shows her all the options again, do you happen to now how to "delete" o reset the parameters she had set?
