Trying to change BP using VCT and BDT

Hi friends,

I'm working on the Visual Configuration Tool (VCT) and BDT to configure the BP sceen.

I have two questions:

1) Do anybody have any VCT user's guide and also BDT?

2) After changing screen layout in VCT doest it require regeneration or activation? if yes how can i regenerate or activate.

Friends need this on urgent basis, i really appreciate your help on this.....
