Middleware: CRM integrate with SAP R/3 (Refresh Issue)

Hi,

I had integrated the CRM system with SAP R/3 system via middleware. The integration is working fine. I am able to create a new Account in CRM, and then it is able to automatic flow into the SAP R/3 system and created as a new Business Partner.

My issue is:

1. I am using Internet Explorer, and login to CRM UI. Then I am creating a new Corporate Account (let say the ID is 12345) in the CRM.
2. After I click Save, a new Business Partner will be automatic being created in SAP R/3 system.
3. In SAP R/3 system, I am adding a new Role for this Business Partner. I am expecting this new Role should be automatic added in the CRM by middleware.
4. I am going back to the same Internet Explorer (step 1), and then navigate to other Corporate Account then navigate back to the Corporate Account 12345. I cannot see the new Role in this Corporate Account.
5. Therefore, I log off from the CRM UI and close the Internet Explorer.
6. Now, I open a new Internet Explorer and login to CRM UI.
7. I am navigate to Corporate Account 12345 and then now I can see the new Role.

Is there anyone having the same issue like this before? Any suggestion that can help me are most welcome.
