while creating msr in service mandatory fields giving time transaction ID field have f4 help, to opening time the popup giving
error:access via NULL'object reference not possible.(termination RABAX_STATE)P pls find the same print screen attached)same functionality working in other server systems. i checked code part and outbound plug those are maintained standard code.
