converting a collection into internal table without looping into through the collection.

Hello Nikhil,

  I heard off that the collection can be directly converted to internal table without looping through the collection (like getting next item untill the collcetion reference is bound etc. ..

Which method is used to do it ? it it the part of New release of EHP ?
