Need to know more on sap CRM implementation steps on sales module.
Can anyone throw some light regarding the steps that needs to be followed in that.
Please take a customer( do not name the customer name ,but specify the industry) how are they going from the
beginning project preparation to go live.
As i know that there are five steps involved in that.
I need to know more on the real time scenarios in that.
Please provide inputs.
