Loyalty reward rule group assigned employee responsible missing

Hi all,

i got a problem when i creating loyalty reward rule group in production and assigned employee responsible system is saying employee not exist, but its there in but000 with grouping EMPL. same way i created development and Quality there it was fine.

Please suggest some solution.
