Lead Creation using BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI

Hi All,

While creating a Lead using BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI, how to set the STATUS and REASON for a lead. How to update the service_os structure for the same?

Please give an example to explain.
