Timeout in Interaction Center

Hi All,

We have a requirement wherein automatic timeout for IC is set to 1 hour (if idle), but we need to show a popup message before 15mins of automatic logout to the user(new change to be done). So that the user can click the 'OK' button on the popup message and extend the time of the session again to the 1hr.

It should get logged out in total 1 hr only if no action by User on the popup message.

Please let us know the possible ways to acheive this.
