Life Cycle Stage dropdown empty

Hi,

The dropdown list of life cycle stages in ui component BP_HEAD is empty. Is there anyone who can tell me how I can fix this, or in which class the query happens?

In CL_THTMLB_DROPDOWNLISTBOX=====CM003, 'table' is empty.
