I am relatively new to BW BPS
We have a scenario wherein we are getting planning data from CRM UI to BPS. I got a new requirement to create new planning profiles.
I did the following:
1. For the existing planning area in BPS, I created the Planning Level. Created a Planning Profile.
2. Created a Planning Layout and in UPX_MNTN I am able to see the sample data.
3. When the CRM guy tries to access the Planning Profile that I created, he is getting Planning Services Error. Also he is not able to view the layout that I created.
I made sure that the Planning Area is set to Planning Services.
Can anybody tell me if I am missing any setting?
