Hi,
When creating/displaying business activities in WebUI, a view called "Cases" is available, allowing you to assign the activity to 1 or multiple cases. The UI component is CRMCMP_CMG_LINK
This view does not appear in Service Order (even when all possible views are selected to be displayed).
Is this a matter of UI Config (unhiding the view for the Object Type "Service Order") or is it just not feasible?
If it is indeed a matter of UI Config, I'd be grateful for some assistance!
