I have CRM, Banking Services and ERP (FI-CAx). Business partners are created in CRM and replicated to Banking Services and FI-CAx via PI (ABABusinessPartnerOut/In web service interfaces).
In CRM role CRM000 (Sold-to Party) is needed, in Banking Services BCA010 (Account Holder) and BCA030 (Correspondence Recipient) are needed and in ERP MKK (Contract Partner) is needed.
My idea: Define the role CRM000 in Banking Services and ERP, the roles BCA010 and BCA030 in CRM and ERP and the role MKK in CRM and Banking Services. (No problems so far.) Define a role grouping "ZBANK (Bank Customer)" that includes all four roles. Then in CRM instead of adding all four roles manually the user only has to add the "ZBANK (Bank Customer)" role grouping.
This works fine in SAP GUI transaction BP. But in the CRM WebClient UI the role grouping does not show up.
What do I do to make it show up? Or if it's not possible in the CRM WebClient UI, what do I do instead?
In the wiki I only found this page Business Partners in the WebUI - CRM - SCN Wiki, but it does not talk about roles or role groupings.
