Log on not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role

Hello All,

I have gone through some posts in the forum for the above issue, however could not get a solution for the same, hence posting the thread.

"Logon not possible / not been assigned to business role" - but I have!

Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role

I need to restrict certain statuses for user transactions hence I need to remove the sap_all in the su01 tcode in the profile tab which I have done

I have assigned the pfcg roles in the roles tab for the user( the pfcg role is assigned to the business role)

I have also removed the * in the parameter value in crm_ui_profile

Now when I log on using the above credentials, the message appears below

Since the pfcg role is assigned to the business role in customization the user should be able to view only the specific business roles when he logs on, please advice further.
