Hi,
I am created a .html form. this is form view but without Context node. In .html i wrote a code to show check boxes and radio buttons and input fields here i was created a button approve through .html only. after creating this i put a break point in do_handle_event and do_handle_data but do_handle_data is not triggering at all. can any one guide me why its not triggering ? 
i should read from fields in do_handle_event but its not triggering.
