Dear all,
All those who have worked on Transaction Launcher functionality from SAP CRM module were very much aware about this issue. When we configure a Transaction Launcher for SAP CRM or ECC GUI T - code's & create respective logical link on web ui to launch this T code. Once we click on that link on web ui that GUI based T- Code will open. But the screen what we see on web ui is exactly looks simillar to GUI not & system doest not convert it to BSP or HTML view. All other functionalities on SAP CRM Web ui including transaction launch are excelent except Transaction launch non BSP view.
Now let me tell you my opinion as SAP is market leader in ERP solutions & products, SAP has to improve Transaction launcher functionality in such way that the T-codes we call from CRM or ECC GUI should appear automatically in BSP view. There should not be GUI look and feel on Web UI..
Please share your opinion on SAP CRM transaction Launcher product improvements.
