We are using surveys via assignment block in service request overview in a IC scenario. When a survey is opened for editing, it is going to use the full screen. This is awful! Users have to save the survey answers, lookup other data (check master data, look into previous interaction records etc. and reopen the survey.
Is there a way to launch a survey not full-screen, maybe in a popup window?
