Change the display format of Phone Number in WEB UI

Hi Experts,

I have a requiement to display the BP's phone number with hyphens in between.

For ex: If a phone number is 123456789, the I want to display it as 123-456-789.

I want to perform this activity wherever this field gets displayed in WEBUI, so I cant achieve this by writing code for some specific views.

Is there any way to perform this through config or directly through MVC.
