New BOL Objects(Header and Item)

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to create 2 BOL entities(Header(Root Entity) and item(Dependant entity) ) for creating reference data and searching reference data in one order model,  Those two tables(Header and Item) are custom  tables  independant of one order CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I tables. I am planning to go with simple object method. Before that i want to make sure that which approach(Simple OBjec or Custom GENIL class) is good.    Please suggest.  Thanks in advance....
