In Transation launcher process, getting blank screen during launching ztransaction in CRM. Please find snapshot from attachement.

As analysis, after executing below method, its comming out with out doing any process.

method if-abp_runtime~get_runtime by Kernel module ab_kmGetRuntimeHR.

Version CRM 7.0 EH2,

Please help how to reslove.
