Hello,
I am facing certain issues with knowledge article configurations
1) I am able to create the knowledge article (screen shot attached below the status of the same is in published mode)
The knowledge article is also getting saved
However when I do the search, the article created above does not show up
Next when I check the tcode crmc_saf_tool and click on check as per the best practice document C29 the following error's are reported
