Session Break point & External break point buttons issue

Hi All,

We are unable to see Session Break point & External break point buttons in our program editor's. Neither in SE38 nor in SE24.

Can anyone please suggest what can be the issue ? even my user is having SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW .

If I try putting break point from Utilities then only session break point can be activated not external one. I have done setting for debugger in Utilities->Setting->debugging...provided user name and all.

let us know how can I get those two Icons in my Editor?
