Hi Folks,
We are encountering a unusual issue with our users across all regions. While working on Sales document, suddenly users get logged off with message "Your Session has timeout" click here to restart SAP CRM".
The above Screen Comes randomaly . We have checked all Parameters in RZ 11 related with timeout and , their value is quite high.
Important Point is, that user gets timeout issue while working , that means he or she did not leave the Screen. Just while working some time, after clicking some Event , System automatically gets logged off.
Any advise will be valuable.
