Actually I have one requirement in Web UI.The requirement is I need to display the sales org details descriptions in Web UI. Whenever user opens Sales org in Web UI,it has to display the description for Sales org, distribution channel and division. Problem is when I open sales organisation then all the required fields are in disable mode( since they are maintained in ECC). I want to take F2 on those particular fields. Since they are in mode, I was always getting crm_ui_frame as view name whenever I take F2 on these display fields. Except this view name, I am not getting anything else. Could you please let me know how to take F2 on display fields?
