Hi,
I am trying to set up a CRM system with the Resource Planning Application. I am using an IDES system and have followed the SAP Best Pratice guide for configuration of the Resource Planning and everything seems to be fine. WFMCORE 2.0 is installed and the Scheduling Engine is set to WFDS.
However there are a couple of problems.
1- Whenever i start the WebUI for the first time, i get the following message:
ERP failure: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: '
I have checked that the RFC destination DII_800 (CRM -> ERP) and DTZ_800 (ERP -> CRM) are set up correctly.
If i restart the WebUI, the error goes away
2- I am logging in as SERVICEPRO but am not able to see th Resource Planning link in the WebUI
Appreciate any help on this.
