Dear All,
I have created my service contract saved the same and assigned the object id which is the equipment to the service contract(screen shot attached)
Attaching Installed Base Screen Shot as well of the equipment which is assigned above.
However now when I check my installed base in CRM Web Ui under the service contract category I am unable to see the above service contract, please advice how the service contract gets linked to the install base
