Use Survey(questionnaire) Multiple times for opportunity

Hi all,

I am going to develop  to add questionnaire in opportunity .

My opportunity contains the multiple partners , each should fill the questionnaire and validate .

for each user we need to create a new instance , instead of opening   filled  one by earlier partner.

at least refresh the questionnaire and create another instance required . I have  tried with standard class CL_CRM_SVY_SURVEY, but no able to create .

Note : I should create multiple  instances same questionnaire for diff partners with respect to one opportunity .

Please look into this and help me out.
