CRM Survey doesn't appear in WeB UI

Hi Experts

I´m facing a problema in CRM 7.0. I have created a survey questionnaire . I have maintained a determination for it, and I have assigned it to a Z Transaction Type.

When I test the survey in CRMD_ORDER transaction it's working fine, but when I try to display it in the SAP CRM Web UI the survey does not appears.

Any help will be appreciated.
