Regarding- Activating Category Fields in tab for Service Request

Dear All,

What configurations or settings are required to activate the category fields in the subject tab( screen shot attached below)

The category fields under the reason tab are activated through categorization schema(screen shot attached) however what settings or configurations are required to activate the category fields in the subject tab.
