We have implemented CRM Security with CRM_ORD_LP, CRM_ORD_PR and CRM_ORD_OP authorization objects. We used CHECK_LEV as B (Service Organization) for changes, creation and Display.
Roles assigned to user id and user id assigned to the position thru BP. After assigning the users to position, when you do the search in WEB UI, the giving ZERO results for the transaction type. But noticed the user start considering the Service Org after few hours and giving the documents for the service org assigned to the user.
Has anyone experienced or noticed such behavior where we need to wait few hours to allow the users to use the auth object CRM_ORD_LP check_lev value?
Is there any way we can sync the changes to make effective to the user immediately?
I performed /$sync after the role changes and assignment of the user to the position but no changes in CRM Web UI behavior.
Much appreciated anyone response or advise on this.
