Amend the Class in the Activity category

Hi Guys,

I need help to understand how can I amend the translation on the Activity Class CRMT_ACTIVITY_CLASS. This is problem when i click on the account and try to create activity through that page

Basically i am able to get the correct translation when i click on the activity then the traslation are correct. Can somebody explain the fix. thanks
