Availability check in CRM Service

Hi All,

We have gone thro some of the SDN discussions on the above subject but still we are not clear.

What we are trying to do is:

(a) Create CRM Service Order

(b) Enter Components in the 'Spare Parts' tab Page

We need to carry out availability check for these components in the corresponding Plant and Storage Location in R/3 4.7.

Instead we are getting a msg that ATP check is forbidden.

How do we overcome this ?
