Service Order line items not appearing

Hi Guys,

I'm facing a weird issue in Service Orders on Web UI.

After adding line items to an order when I save it and the order goes into display mode, all items except the first one vanish.

When I come back to edit mode all the items appear. Please see below screenshots:

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
